Stuart's Story
Stuart has almost 3 Decades of experience as a senior leader in social work, churches, pastoral care, criminal justice and charitable sector settings.
An accomplished author, Stu is passionate about sharing his own lived experience of change from criminality as a young man and combines this with his experiences of focussing on supporting others, and how this has led to finding sustained life change for himself and thousands of others.
Stu’s experience and expertise in designing and managing multiple projects and contracted services using public health, trauma informed, and Restorative Justice approaches have gained national recognition and in August 24, Stuart launched his own training and consultancy organisation in order to further expand and collaborate on this work.

The Switch
As an accomplished author, Stuart has written a book based on true events through Stuart's past, while working within the British criminal world. You can read as the hero battles through, fighting to literally survive and keep his integrity while living in a world of violence and drugs.
The book has been a great success with young adults. As a part of the work Stuart has done in prisons over the years, he has provided these books to countless inmates, helping them to feel heard and understood and help visualise a path to lasting remission.
The book is available upon request.
